1. After login, you will be redirected to the homepage.
The first thing you should do is set up your business details so that the system works according to you.

2 . Setup your business by adding below mentioned details:

• Brand: Add all the brands.
• Tax Rates: Setup taxes and tax groups.
• Units: Add product units (pieces, meters, Litre, etc)
• Categories: Add categories & Sub-Categories
• Business Settings: Add some more details about your business. The more information you provide the better it will for you.
• Business Location: (Only available in CybroERP-ADVANCE) Add Multiple business locations/ storefront/warehouse
• Barcode Settings: Set up the barcode sticker details for printing labels.
• Invoice Settings: Customise invoice number as per your need. You can customize the invoice number/scheme and also invoice layouts.

How to Register Your Business

Follow these steps to register your business and get started with the ERP system:

Access the Registration Page

On the welcome page, click the “Register Business” link.

Complete the Registration Steps

Registering your business involves three key sections: Business Details, Tax Details, and Owner Details.

STEP 1 Business Details

Fill in the required fields, including your business name and other relevant information.

Select the appropriate currency and time zone.

(Note: Time zones and currencies can vary for different registered businesses.)

Once completed, click “Next”.

STEP2: Tax Details

Enter at least one Tax Name and Tax Number.

(Example: GST/VAT, which varies by country.)

After filling in the tax information, click “Next”.

STEP 3 Owner Details

Provide the required details for the business owner.

Create a Username and Password that will be used to log in.

(Ensure you remember these credentials.)

The owner registered here will automatically be assigned the role of Admin. Additional admins can be added, edited, or removed later in the User Management section.

Finalize Registration

Click the “Register” button to complete the process. After successful registration, you will be redirected to the login screen.

Log In

Use the Username and Password created during registration to log in and access your ERP dashboard.
